Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Mumbai (Malad) seeks an MIS Executive/Analyst to develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for a 24x7 call center environment. You will ensure data accuracy, deliver timely insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in MIS/reporting, 2+ years in a BPO setting, and strong Excel expertise (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in MIS/Reporting & Analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in a BPO environment.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in Reporting/MIS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas, Data Validation).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Understanding of operational processes, reporting methodologies, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports.
• Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive/Analyst with strong expertise in reporting, data analysis, and advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should have experience in a call center/BPO environment and be capable of delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports to support business operations and decision-making.
