Job summary

You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and developers to analyze requirements, build RPA bots, validate outcomes, and document solutions using UiPath PSDD templates. UiPath certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an RPA lead, with UiPath expertise and hands-on in advanced UiPath features (Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center).
• Experience with UiPath Studio 2022 or newer is preferred.
• Programming skills in C#, Python, or Java are a plus.

Job Description:

We are seeking aTechnical Leadwith a strong background in UiPath and general software engineering principles. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing automation solutions to optimize business processes for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots that deliver measurable improvements to our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath to address specific business needs.
• Develop comprehensive testing plans and perform thorough testing of RPA bots to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and robustness.
• Using UiPath Orchestrator to deploy RPA solutions into production environments, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues promptly.
• Create detailed documentation of RPA solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides using UiPath PSDD template.
• Stay updated on the latest RPA and automation trends and technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business analysts, Project managers, and Software developers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an RPA lead Developer, with expertise inUiPath (Mandatory to have hands on exp in Document Understanding/Communications Mining/AI Center/Action Center/AI/ML & Modern activities with Object Repository and other advanced features of UiPath)with Microsoft Power Automate a plus
• Good to have experience with UiPath Studio 2022 version or above
• Programming skills, preferably in languages such as C#, Python, or Java a plus
• Proficiency in process analysis, workflow design, and process automation.
• Experience with RPA deployment, monitoring, and maintenance using UiPath with Power Automate a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with version control systems and software development best practices.
• Certifications inUiPath Agentic Automation Developer, UiSAIA, UiADP,AI Certifiedis a mustwith Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
