The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying UiPath workflows, collaborating with business stakeholders, and mentoring junior developers while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years in UiPath RPA development.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Strong VB.NET/C# and .NET framework knowledge.
• Experience with SQL and database integrations.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Senior UiPath Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components
• Conduct process assessments and feasibility studies (PDD/SDD creation) in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks (REFramework) to improve development efficiency
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, robots, environments)
• Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring for robust bot performance
• Integrate UiPath bots with APIs, databases, Excel, SAP, web applications, and other enterprise systems
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and UAT support
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding/development standards
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the automation lifecycle
• Stay current with UiPath platform updates (Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, Integration Service, etc.)
• 5+ years of overall IT experience, with 3+ years dedicated to UiPath RPA development
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Robot deployment
• Solid understanding of VB.NET / C# and .NET framework
• Experience with SQL and database integrations
• Familiarity with Document Understanding, OCR, and AI/ML integration within UiPath is a plus
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• UiPath Certified Professional (Advanced RPA Developer/Professional, AI Certified)
• Experience in Maestro
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
