You will guide backend and frontend teams, build AI-powered applications using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and agents, and mentor engineers while ensuring production readiness, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
• 58 years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership or ownership of engineering workstreams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI-enabled applications in production.
• Practical knowledge of RAG, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS, Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and secure application development.
• Knowledge of LLMOps, AI evaluation, observability, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades
