Full Stack Lead / Architect (React + Python + GenAI)

Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead / Architect with strong expertise in React (frontend), Python (backend), and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. The role involves designing and leading scalable full-stack applications with integrated AI capabilities, enabling intelligent, user-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• • Lead architecture and development of end-to-end full stack solutions (React + Python) with embedded GenAI features.
• • Design and implement RAG pipelines, LLM-based APIs, and agentic workflows to enhance product functionality.
• • Architect and optimize scalable systems leveraging microservices, cloud, and event-driven design.
• • Build user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance UIs in React integrated with AI-driven APIs.
• • Drive innovation by embedding GenAI use cases such as chatbots, document intelligence, summarization, code generation, and knowledge assistants.
• • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deploy AI/ML models into production.
• • Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and optimized for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers on full stack + AI development best practices.
• • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and architecture reviews to ensure quality delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• • Hands-on expertise in React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API, TypeScript preferred).
• • Strong proficiency in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) for backend services.
• • Solid experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Hugging Face).
• • Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma).
• • Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• • Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, API orchestration, and system scalability.
• • Strong leadership and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.

Experience

Lead: 8–12 years of full stack development experience with at least 2+ years in AI/GenAI-based projects.

Architect: 12–16 years of experience with proven expertise in designing and deploying enterprise AI-driven platforms.

Preferred Certifications (nice to have)

Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Architect).

AI/ML or Generative AI certifications (Microsoft, NVIDIA, Databricks, etc.).
