Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in software development with strong backend skills.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate a team.
• Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good To Have Skills:
