Job summary

Everligntek is seeking a senior Power Platform leader in Pune to drive end-to-end delivery of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse solutions. You will balance stakeholder leadership with hands-on technical guidance to deliver secure, scalable, enterprise-grade outcomes.

You will lead architecture and hands-on builds, ensure governance, manage data models and KPIs, and coordinate UAT and change management across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years total experience.
• 4+ years delivering on Power Platform with measurable business impact.
• Proven stakeholder leadership and people management (team mentoring, delivery oversight).
• Hands-on expertise: Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI (semantic models, DAX, Power Query), Dataverse.
• Strong SQL, DAX, M and performance tuning for large datasets/complex logic.
• Experience executing enterprise implementations (security, scale, resiliency, monitoring) and cross-system integrations.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and risk management in Agile environments.

Responsibilities
