YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Semantic Lead – Power BI & Microsoft Fabric with 8+ years in data and analytics.

You will define and govern the enterprise semantic layer strategy across Snowflake and Fabric, providing technical leadership and KPI governance. You will collaborate with Business Owners, Data Architects and Leadership to design reporting strategies, review semantic models, and mentor BI developers while driving modernization and performance optimization across the analytics

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data & analytics.
• Experience leading BI/Semantic Modeling teams.
• 3+ years with Fabric and/or Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and semantic modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise semantic layer architecture and standards.
• Establish KPI, metric, and business glossary governance.
• Design reporting and analytics strategies leveraging Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Review semantic model designs created by developers.

Position Summary

The Semantic Lead is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise semantic layer strategy for reporting and analytics across Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric. This role provides technical leadership, establishes modeling standards, and ensures consistent KPI definitions and business metrics across the organization.
