Job summary

GreedyGame Media Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to own backend architecture across our platform and consumer products. You will lead a team of 4–10 engineers, work with Product and founders to shape what we build and how we scale it.

You’ll design real-time pipelines for ads, clicks, conversions, and analytics, and guide architectural decisions across services, databases, and infrastructure with Go and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of software engineering experience with strong backend expertise.
• Deep hands-on experience with Go/Golang; working knowledge of React.
• Experience technically leading 4–10 engineers, while remaining hands-on.
• Proven track record of building and scaling applications with significant traffic or user volume.
• Strong system design fundamentals and experience with high-throughput, real-time, or event-driven systems.
• Strong ownership, product thinking, and ability to make pragmatic technical decisions.
• Regular user of AI-assisted development tools.
• Startup or fast-paced product-company experience preferred.

About the Role
