Job summary

GreedyGame is building scalable ad-tech products used by thousands of apps and publishers. The role focuses on backend services in Go and frontend dashboards in React, with a data-driven approach to optimization and reporting.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to design, implement, test, and ship features end to end in a fast-paced startup setting in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Go for backend development.
• Working knowledge of React for frontend development.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and API design fundamentals.
• Builder mindset and ability to ship in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services that integrate with multiple third-party services.
• Develop frontend features and dashboards in React used by publishers and internal teams.
• Work with large datasets (ad traffic, impressions, performance metrics) to support reporting and optimization.
• Integrate with external APIs (ad networks, mediation platforms, data providers).
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to design, build, test, and ship features end to end.
• Debug and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services that integrate with multiple third-party services
• Develop frontend features and dashboards in React used by both publishers and internal teams for tasks like ad unit management, monitoring, and operational workflows
• Work with large datasets ad traffic, impressions, and performance metrics to support reporting and optimization.
• Integrate with external APIs (ad networks, mediation platforms, data providers)
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to design, build, test, and ship features end to end
• Debug and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability at scale

Requirements

• Proficiency in Go for backend development
• Working knowledge of React for frontend development
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and MongoDB
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and API design fundamentals
• A builder's mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity and shipping in a fast-moving environment

Bonus Points

• Experience with ClickHouse or BigQuery for large-scale data querying/analytics
• Freelance project experience
• Prior experience working at a startup
