Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Enterprise Applications focused on Oracle Fusion. You will provide dedicated third-line support, troubleshoot integrations, and drive enhancements across BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure system integrity and successful quarterly Cloud updates. Ideal candidates will have hands-on Oracle Fusion experience, strong SQL/PL/SQL skills, and familiarity with OIC and FBDI to maintain complex

• Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining technical components in Oracle Fusion Financials Modules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a second or third-line technical support for Oracle Fusion applications, responding to and resolving technical incidents and service requests from end-users and other IT teams.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, custom reports, data conversions, and system performance.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring technical issues and work to implement permanent solutions.
• Log and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support, providing necessary logs and information to facilitate resolution.
• Provide ongoing technical support for custom reports built with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations built with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), and other integration methods.
• Perform minor technical enhancements and customizations to meet new business requirements.
• Execute data corrections and data uploads using standard Oracle tools.
• Monitor and manage scheduled jobs and concurrent programs to ensure successful completion.
• Assist in the planning and execution of technical tasks for quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, including impact analysis of new features on existing custom solutions.
• Perform regression testing of technical components after updates or patches.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for all custom objects, including integration specifications, report layouts, and code changes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to resolve end-to-end business process issues with a technical component.
• Work with cross-functional IT teams to support integrations and maintain system integrity.
• Communicate technical resolutions clearly to non-technical users and business stakeholders.

Job Description Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of technical tasks for quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, including impact analysis of new features on existing custom solutions.
  • Perform regression testing of technical components (reports, integrations, customizations) after updates or patches.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation for all custom objects, including integration specifications, report layouts, and code changes.
• Communication & Collaboration:

Minimum Qualifications : Experience

• Strong hands‑on technical experience with Oracle Fusion.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining technical components in Oracle Fusion Financials Modules.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Oracle's technical toolset, including BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building and maintaining integrations.
• Solid understanding of the Oracle Fusion data model and a strong command of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with data loaders like FBDI.
