Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced .NET developer to design and build scalable microservices and REST APIs using C# and .NET Core (preferably .NET 8). You will deploy cloud-native solutions on Azure and implement secure APIs with OAuth/JWT.

You'll work with Docker and Kubernetes, manage background jobs and queues, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while mentoring junior engineers to raise engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in .NET development.
• Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs using C# and .NET Core (preferably .NET 8).
• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on Azure leveraging Service Bus, Event Hub, Functions, and Blob Storage.
• Implement secure APIs using OAuth/JWT authentication.
• Develop and manage background jobs, queues, and schedulers.
• Work with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for deployments.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (CosmosDB / MongoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices.
