Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Controls & Compliance in Hyderabad. You’ll drive risk-based validation across applications and cloud infra, collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure compliant, traceable testing. Responsibilities include IQ/OQ/VVP creation, validation summaries, and change control management to support audits.

Requires a degree in commerce/economics/finance with analytics flair; CISSP/CISA and AWS/DevOps exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with security/compliance exposure.
• Experience with validation, risk-based approaches, and audits in regulated contexts.
• Strong written and oral communication, time management and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation and compliance activities across applications and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Testing and Tech Ops to maintain validated state.
• Create CSV deliverables (IQ/OQ, VPP, VSR, Trace Matrices) and validation summaries.
• Manage change controls, CAPA, and deviations; support audits and incident tracking.
