Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Automation N to steer Generative AI and LLM initiatives across enterprise-scale projects. You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, architect RAG pipelines, and build agent-based systems in a production-ready environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience with focus on AI/ML and Generative AI
• Proficiency in Python; Java/Scala/C# a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions using modern LLMs
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and LLM evaluation methodologies
• Architect end-to-end RAG pipelines with document ingestion, embedding, and retrieval strategies
• Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, FAISS, Azure AI Search)
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and governance for AI systems
• Build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows with tooling integrations

Job Description

Generative AI & LLM Development

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions using modern LLMs.
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and LLM evaluation methodologies.

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Architect and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines.
• Design document ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing, and retrieval strategies.
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
• Optimize retrieval quality through reranking, hybrid search, semantic search, and knowledge grounding.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for RAG performance.

Agentic AI Development

• Design and build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Implement planning, reasoning, memory, orchestration, and tool-calling capabilities.
• Develop agent workflows using frameworks such as GCP ADK, LangGraph, Langchain
• Integrate agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business processes.
• Build secure and governed agent ecosystems for production environments.

Data Engineering & AI Data Platforms

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Build data ingestion frameworks for documents, web content, APIs, databases, and streaming sources.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, governance, and security across AI systems.
• Develop scalable feature stores and AI-ready data architectures.

MLOps & AI Operations

• Build CI/CD pipelines for machine learning and Generative AI applications.
• Implement model versioning, monitoring, observability, and performance tracking.
• Deploy AI workloads using cloud-native technologies and containerization.
• Establish responsible AI practices, security controls, and compliance frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Years of software development experience with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Java/Scala/C# is a plus.
• Experience building and deploying enterprise AI applications in production environments.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLM architectures.
