Job summary

Genpact is seeking a capable DevOps professional to design, implement, and optimize automation and CI/CD pipelines across cloud-based environments. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure reliable and scalable deployments.

You will write and review automation code, participate in architecture discussions, and mentor junior team members in DevOps best practices to deliver high-availability solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant computer field.
• Strong experience with DevOps principles and cloud automation.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Job Description

• Understand client’s infrastructure and various applications running on the servers.
• Write, Review, and Approve Automation and Infrastructure code.
• Work with Project teams to build automation pipelines for application environment deployments
• Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development delivery. Able to present and communicate the architecture in a visual form.
• Evaluate potential single-points of failure within the Cloud infrastructure;
• Recommend risk mitigation next steps to build out a high availability solution.
• Apply experience, technical knowledge and innovative techniques to resolve complex Operations challenges.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of continuous integration and deployment pipelines;
• Lead efforts to automate and streamline operations and processes;
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the DevOps team;
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful deployment of applications;
• Monitor system performance and implement solutions for optimization;
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve existing DevOps practices;
• Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable delivery of services.
