Job summary

EXL Service in Haryana is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of programming experience with at least 3 years focused on Power Platform, including canvas and model-driven apps, Dataverse integration, and dashboard development.

Qualifications

• Total 5+ years of programming experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Power Platform experience.
• Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flow, Canvas, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps applications, including canvas and model-driven apps.
• Create and manage workflows and automations using Power Automate.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Document development processes, configurations, and user guides.

• Proficiency in developing canvas and model-driven apps using Power Apps.
• Experience with creating workflows and automations using Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and visualization using Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and its integration with Power Platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
