Job description

Requirements

• 7–8+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong production exposure
• Proven experience in Tech Lead / Senior Engineer roles Back‑End Expertise
• Strong hands‑on experience with Node.js (and/or Python)
• Expertise in designing REST APIs and scalable backend systems
• Solid understanding of OOP, functional design, and system design principles Front‑End Expertise
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS, and responsive design
• Hands‑on experience with ReactJS (preferred) or AngularJS
• Experience building enterprise‑grade, performance‑optimized UIs Production & DevOps Awareness
• Experience deploying and managing production systems
• Understanding of scalability, caching, queues, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud environments Databases & Messaging
• Strong experience with MongoDB and MySQL
• Working knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis
• Exposure to PHP or .NET
• Experience with CPaaS, messaging platforms, or high‑throughput systems
