Job summary

Novactech invites a Tech Lead with 5–8 years of experience to join our technology team in Chennai. You will architect, design, and implement customized IT solutions on the Microsoft platform, leveraging .NET, React, and cloud technologies.

Ideal candidates have strong OO design skills, experience leading technical teams, and a track record with Agile methods and large-scale transaction systems. Prior Azure exposure is a plus; experience in financial services is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master’s Degree with minimum 5 years in technology architecture.
• Experience designing, developing and implementing customized IT solutions on Microsoft platforms.
• Strong .NET skills and OO design experience.
• Experience with Agile implementation methodologies.
• Exposure to Azure Cloud is an added advantage.
• Prior work on large-scale transaction apps using SOA/MVC/Microservices.
• Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Financial Services and Insurance domain experience desirable.

Tech Lead

This position is for candidates with 5-8 years experience.

• Bachelor's / Master’s Degree with Minimum 5 years experience in technology architecture, designing, developing and implementing customized IT solutions on Microsoft Platforms.


• Strong .NET skills and object-oriented design experience, including working knowledge of Microsoft platform, applied use of design patterns.


• Leading and Managing technical teams


• Good technical experience in ASP.NET, C#, HTML5, React, NextJS, Web API, DevOps and Microsoft SQL Server.


• Good exposure to latest asp.net core code and concepts.


• Exposure to No SQL databases will be added advantage.


• Prior work experience in designing and implementing large scale transaction application using SOA / MVC / Microservice architecture


• Experience with Azure Cloud will be an added advantage.


• Excellent understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, as well as prior work with oo languages (Java, C#, C++, etc)


• Experience with Agile implementation methodologies


• Experience in Financial Services and Insurance domain is desirable
