Job summary

Congruent Solutions in Chennai (Guindy) is seeking a Tech Lead - Full Stack Developer to drive architecture and delivery of scalable web applications using .NET, C#, React.js, and microservices. You will architect and implement microservices with security and resilience, while guiding DevOps practices and IaC.

Lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality software through code reviews, trainings, and adherence to clean code principles in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on .NET CORE experience.
• Strong front-end with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Expertise in ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems via AMQP.
• DevOps practices: CI/CD, version control, automated testing.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• SQL proficiency with data modeling and performance tuning.
• Containerization with AKS and Agile experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of scalable web apps using .NET, C#, React.js and microservices.
• Architect and implement microservices with focus on scalability, security and resilience.
• Define and implement DevOps practices: CI/CD, automated testing, IaC.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET CORE.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Entity Framework.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and building distributed systems using any AMQP.
• Extensive experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
• Expertise in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data modeling, complex query writing, and performance optimization
