Job summary

Independent Recruitment Consultant (freelancer) seeks a senior full-stack leader to design and deliver backend in .NET and frontend in React. You will mentor the team, write design documents, and ensure code quality through reviews.

Ideal candidates have strong REST API experience, CI/CD collaboration, and familiarity with OWASP standards while guiding product development and architecture evolution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in .NET stack, preferably .NET Core 8+.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and RESTful APIs.
• Experience migrating legacy .NET to .NET Core is preferred.
• Familiar with design thinking and creating architectural docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to design and develop backend and frontend solutions.
• Create and maintain technical design documents (HLD/LLD).
• Mentor team on coding standards, reviews, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and discuss technical concepts clearly.
• Oversee product development and ensure scalable performance.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the team to Design and develop high-quality back-end solutions using .NET and front-end solutions using React JS Technologies.
• Create and maintain Technical Design Documents
• Mentor, coach the team to Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
• Mentor and coach peer development teams, providing guidance and support
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical concepts clearly
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Skills
• Strong communication, narrative, and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and on requirement as Individual Contributor
• Experience in Product Development

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in .Net Stack, preferably .NET CORE 8 and above version, Entity Framework, Domain Driven Development Principles
• Experience/ familiarity in React Js is preferred,
• Experience in tech stack migration from legacy .net framework to latest .net core is preferred.
• Experience with design thinking and creating Technical Design Documents (HLD and LLDs)
• Familiarity with coding practices, including implementing Unit Test Cases
• Good experience in Restful API and web API development.
• Coordination with DevOps for setting up CI/CD pipelines
• Good experience in Cache Management, connection pooling to improve performance.
• Conducting code reviews for peers
• Experience on OWASP standards
• Creating Technical Design Documents for new Epics and Stories
• Holistic approach to oversee future business demands
• Experience in Product Development is a plus
