Job summary

Trigent Software in Bangalore is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to architect cloud-native solutions and drive engineering excellence. You will mentor a squad of 4-8 full-stack developers and translate product requirements into scalable designs.

You will own end-to-end technical architecture for React, Node.js, and Python modules, enforce quality and security, and collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver production-ready features.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in full-stack product development with 3+ years in team leadership.
• Successfully designed, built, and scaled at least one SaaS or enterprise platform to production.
• Frontend: Expert in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Backend: Strong expertise in Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Python (Django/FastAPI).
• Architecture: Deep knowledge of Microservices, REST/GraphQL, and event-driven design.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Databases: Advanced SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into technical designs and sprint deliverables.
• Enforce strict code quality, automated testing (Jest/PyTest), and security (OWASP) standards.
