Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Tech Lead / Delivery Co-Lead for RDE Tech Lead AI, Agentic & GenAI delivery. You will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI solutions, govern multi-workstream delivery, and drive cloud-native deployment strategies across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Ideal candidates have 15–18 years in AI delivery, agentic architectures, and governance. BE/BTech/MTech degrees are required. The role offers a senior leadership path in a global tech services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Agentic AI and GenAI solutions.
• Govern technical delivery across workstreams, including code quality, architecture compliance, sprint velocity, design reviews, and risk management.
• Support LLM selection, prompt engineering standards, RAG architecture, vector database strategy, and Responsible AI guardrails.
• Provide technical leadership for agent architecture, orchestration strategy, tool-calling patterns, and multi-agent coordination frameworks
• Define and support cloud-native deployment strategies across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Drive implementation standards around microservices, containers, API gateway, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and production AI deployment.
• Engage with client stakeholders, manage escalations, translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps, and report solution progress.
