Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MTech degree required with 12–16 years of experience.
• Expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI and multi-agent systems.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompting, RAG and vector databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps.
• Proven leadership in AI solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and GenAI solutions across a POD or workstream.
• Define agent architectures, orchestration, LLM selection, prompting, RAG, vector databases, and responsible AI safeguards.
• Govern architecture, cloud deployment, delivery risks, client communication, and team development.
• Mentor engineering teams across cloud platforms and ensure quality and governance.
