Job summary

Taglynk is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable architectures while guiding both onsite and offshore development efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Teamcenter PLM design, development, administration, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Unified Architecture and server-side customization.
• Familiar with ITK, BMIDE, SOA and extensions customization.
• Experience leading architecture for PLM deployments.
• Expertise in data model configuration, workflows and access management.

• Architectural Leadership: Lead end-to-end architecture design and technical implementation for Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
• Requirement Mapping: Gather requirements from functional teams and map business needs to technical architecture and system specifications.
• Technical Guidance: Provide leadership and mentorship to onsite and offshore development teams.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot product/technology limitations, optimize system performance, and recommend effective workarounds or custom solutions for end users.
• Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, workflow automation, and productivity enhancements across PLM deployment.
• Best Practices: Ensure strict adherence to standard Teamcenter development, customization, and implementation best practices.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical engineers to translate complex business requirements into scalable PLM architectures while driving industry best practices across onsite and offshore development teams.
