VMC Soft Technologies, Inc in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Teamcenter Technical Lead with 6–8 years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace experience to drive architecture, customization, and delivery.

You will lead a small team of 5–8 engineers, own technical solutioning, guide development, review designs, and collaborate with onsite/offshore and multi-vendor partners in an Agile delivery setup.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM development and technical implementation.
• Good hands-on experience with Teamcenter 13.x/14.x.
• Strong expertise in Active Workspace (AWC) 5.x.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Teamcenter technical solutioning and architecture for PLM implementations and enhancements.
• Lead the design, development, customization, and integration of Teamcenter solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Teamcenter modules including BOM, Change Management, and Document Management.
• Guide the development team on Teamcenter customization, troubleshooting, debugging, and unit testing.
• Manage code configuration, version control, technical documentation, and development standards.
• Handle customer technical queries and provide effective technical solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams to manage technical dependencies and deliverables.
• Lead technical delivery for a team of approximately 5–8 members.
• Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and scalability.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on Teamcenter best practices.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams in Agile or structured delivery environments.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Technical Lead with 6 8 years of expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC).
