Capgemini Engineering is recruiting a Teamcenter Migration Lead to drive end-to-end migration programs across upgrades, consolidations, and cloud transformations. You will assess source systems, define roadmaps, and manage data extraction, cleansing, and loading for complex product data migrations.

The role requires 8–15 years of hands-on Teamcenter experience and strong knowledge of BMIDE, Workflow, and Change Management modules. Collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams is essential.

• 8–15 years of experience in Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.
• Strong expertise in Teamcenter Data Model, BMIDE, Workflow, Access Manager, Structure Manager, Classification, and Change Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter migration tools such as PLMXML, ITK, SOA, T4x, Data Exchange, Bulk Loader, or custom migration utilities.
• Experience migrating data from legacy PLM/PDM systems to Teamcenter.
• Strong understanding of Product Structure, BOM Management, Document Management, CAD Data Management, and Engineering Change processes.
