Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bengaluru seeks a senior integration specialist to develop T4EA-based Teamcenter PLM integrations with ERP/MES/CRM systems.

You will design data mappings, customize Teamcenter using ITK/BMIDE/Active Workspace, and implement REST/SOAP and ESB-based workflows. Strong Oracle/SQL skills and 12+ years of PLM integration experience are required.

Qualifications

• Total experience 12–14 years in integration or PLM projects.
• Teamcenter T4EA, BMIDE, ITK, Workflow, and Active Workspace expertise.
• Strong programming: TCL/TK, XML/XSLT, Java, JavaScript, SQL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, JMS, ESB, and data mapping/ transformation.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP (Oracle ERP), MES, CRM, and manufacturing apps.
• Proficient in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, debugging and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure T4EA-based integrations between Teamcenter PLM and ERP, MES, CRM, and manufacturing systems.
• Design data mappings, transformation logic, and synchronization workflows for inbound/outbound data exchange.
• Customize Teamcenter using ITK, BMIDE, SOA, Active Workspace, and Workflow Designer.
• Implement and support REST/SOAP, XML, Messaging, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform RCA, and support SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production support.

Your Role

• Develop and configure T4EA-based integrations between Teamcenter PLM and enterprise applications (ERP, MES, CRM, Manufacturing Systems).

Your Profile

• Total Experience: 12-14 Years Only.
• Teamcenter Expertise: T4EA, Teamcenter PLM, BMIDE, ITK, Teamcenter Workflow, Active Workspace (5+ years).
• Programming & Scripting: TCL/TK, XML/XSLT, Java, JavaScript, SQL.
• Integration Technologies: REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JMS Messaging, ESB, Data Mapping & Transformation.
• Enterprise Application Integration: Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP (Oracle ERP), MES, CRM, Manufacturing, and custom applications.
• Database & Support Skills: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, debugging, performance tuning, monitoring integration logs, and issue resolution
