Job summary

Capgemini Bengaluru is seeking an accomplished Teamcenter Architect to lead design and delivery of enterprise PLM solutions. You will drive architecture, roadmaps, and digital transformation aligned with client objectives, while coordinating with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable Teamcenter implementations.

We expect 10–15 years in PLM consulting and strong Teamcenter module knowledge, plus hands‑on experience with AWSC, BMIDE, ITK, REST APIs, and system integrations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in PLM consulting and solution architecture.
• 5+ years as Teamcenter Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Deep expertise in Teamcenter modules like Product Structure, Workflow, Change Management, and Manufacturing Process Planning.
• Hands-on experience with integrations to SAP, Oracle ERP, MES, CRM, and CAD systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise PLM solutions based on Siemens Teamcenter.
• Define end-to-end PLM architecture, roadmaps, and digital transformation aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable Teamcenter solutions.

• Govern Teamcenter data models, BOM management, workflows, and lifecycle processes.

Your Profile

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise PLM solutions based on Siemens Teamcenter.
• Define end-to-end PLM architecture, solution roadmaps, and digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Teamcenter solutions.
• Design and govern Teamcenter data models, product structures, BOM management, workflows, change management, and lifecycle processes.
• Architect integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, MES, CRM, and CAD applications.

Your Role

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in PLM consulting and solution architecture.
• 5+ years of experience as a Teamcenter Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Teamcenter modules such as Product Structure Management, Workflow, Change Management, Classification, Requirements Management, and Manufacturing Process Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC), BMIDE, ITK, SOA, REST APIs, and Dispatcher.
