Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced PLM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Teamcenter PLM solutions. You will work on server-side and client-side customizations using ITK, BMIDE, Workflow Designer, and Active Workspace, and you will configure data models, workflows, and access controls.

Strong CAD tool integration experience with NX/CATIA/Creo/SolidWorks is required. You will collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable PLM

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in PLM development with at least 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience.
• Strong experience in Teamcenter customization using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Workflow Designer, and Active Workspace.
• Good knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, data model, preferences, ACLs, workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD tools such as NX, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.

Your Profile

• Design, develop, customize, and support Teamcenter PLM solutions to meet business and engineering requirements.
• Develop and maintain Teamcenter server-side and client-side customizations using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and Active Workspace technologies.
• Configure Teamcenter data models, workflows, access controls, and business rules.
• Integrate Teamcenter with enterprise applications such as SAP, ERP, MES, CAD systems, and third-party tools.
• Develop and enhance Teamcenter extensions, handlers, custom exits, and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable PLM solutions.
• Support Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, deployments, and environment management activities.
• Follow software development best practices, quality standards, and change management processes.

Your Role

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in PLM development with at least 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience.
• Strong experience in Teamcenter customization using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Workflow Designer, and Active Workspace.
• Good knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, data model, preferences, ACLs, workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD tools such as NX, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, JavaScript, XML, and REST/SOA-based integrations.
• Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, deployments, and data migration activities.
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business processes and engineering change management.
