Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India seeks a Solution Architect specialized in Teamcenter to lead large-scale PLM programs across multiple locations including Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Pune.

You will define solutions, guide development teams, and ensure proper implementation and deployment, with strong focus on Change and Configuration Management.

The role requires deep Teamcenter expertise, client-facing communication, and the ability to drive technical decisions and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of work experience with 5-8 years in Solution Architecture in Teamcenter PLM.
• Experience defining solutions for large-scale Teamcenter programs covering Change Management & Configuration Management areas.
• Functional knowledge across the Teamcenter PLM modules.
• Expertise in Teamcenter 9.x or later versions.
• Development experience in server-side and client-side customization.
• Ability to demonstrate solutions to stakeholders and guide the development team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the team and support proper implementation and deployment of Teamcenter solutions.
• Define and communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Change and Configuration Management.
• Mentor developers and ensure quality in code and integration.

Must-Have

1. At least 10+ years of work experience and minimum 5-8 years of experience in Solution Architecture in Teamcenter PLM
2. Should have experience in providing solution definition for large scale Teamcenter programs covering Change Management & Configuration Management areas.
3. Should have functional knowledge and technical capabilities across the Teamcenter PLM modules
4. Expertise in Teamcenter 9.x or later versions
5. Should have Development experience in Server side and Client side Customization
6. Should be able to demonstrate solution to stakeholder
7. Guide the development team and provide technical support for proper implementation and deployment of the solution
8. Involve and contribute effectively to all technical decisions in the team

Good-to-Have

1. Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC3.2 and above) customization
2. Exposure to NX and Teamcenter-NX integration
3. Team player, responsible and reliable.
4. Semiconductor domain knowledge would be an added advantage
