Capgemini Engineering Hyderabad is seeking a Teamcenter engineer to design and implement end-to-end Teamcenter solutions. You will support upgrades, migrations, and integration with third-party tools like SAP4Hana and MCAD suites, while driving governance and optimization of customizations.

The role emphasizes collaboration within IT projects, practical problem-solving, and adherence to Teamcenter design standards, with a hybrid work setup to balance project demands and innovation.

Qualifications

• Teamcenter UA products knowledge in engineering data management, BOM management, workflows, change management.
• Ability to map business requirements to PLM/Teamcenter framework and design solutions.
• Experience with Teamcenter client/server customization and SOA customization.

Responsibilities

• Propose, design and implement end-to-end solutions for Teamcenter based on requirements.
• Write design documents for Teamcenter implementations.
• Support Teamcenter upgrades and migrations, including RAC to Active Workspace.
• Participate as team member in IT software projects using Teamcenter platform.
• Share expertise on customizing Teamcenter to optimize workflows and reduce issues.
• Identify and propose optimizations of existing Teamcenter customizations.
• Learn and enforce design and quality standards for Teamcenter customization and governance.

Your Role

• Propose and designing and implementing end to end solution for Teamcenter application based on requirements
• Writing design documents for the Teamcenter based implementation
• Supporting application teams in Teamcenter upgradesSupporting application team in migration of Teamcenter client from RAC to Active workspace
• Participating as team member in IT Software projects using the Teamcenter platform
• Supporting project team by sharing expertise on how to customize Teamcenter efficiently
• Identifying and proposing optimizations of existing Teamcenter customization
• Learning and teaching design & quality standards for Teamcenter customization and ensuring governance

Your Profile

• Teamcenter UA Products are technical knowledge such as Engineering Data Management, BOM Management Workflow, BOM Management, Change Management, Active workspace configuration and Customization, Teamcenter architecture and Data Model configuration.
• Skills in mapping business requirements to PLM/Teamcenter framework. Teamcenter Solution Designing for both Client and Server and integration with third party application such as SAP4Hana, Solid Edge and MCAD Tools.
• Experience in installing, configuring 2-Tier & 4-Tier clients, file management server, dispatcher server & CAD integration, Basic problem-solving skills to resolve Application issues, Troubleshoot and Conduct Root cause analysis.
• Teamcenter client server customization, Teamcenter services SOA customization.
