IIIT Delhi invites applications for the position of Team Supervisor in a health project focusing on postnatal health interventions. The role is contract-based and based in SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, with a six-month term that may be extended.
The candidate should have at least 2 years of health project experience in hospital or community settings, strong management and coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of biostatistics and maternal-child health

mHealth Interactive Education and Social Support Intervention for Improving Postnatal Health.”
This position is temporary only. Employment will terminate immediately upon
completion/termination of the project, and neither IIIT Delhi nor the Principal Investigator nor the
funding agency is obligated to offer permanent employment.

DURATION 6 months (Can Be extended)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Health-related projects in hospital
/community-based setting.
Excellent management, supervision and coordination skills.
Knowledge or any additional experience of Microsoft word and Excel,PowerPoint, Biostatistics would be preferred.
Experience in Maternal and child health research will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi and
Overall management, coordination, implementation in the field survey.
Understand all aspects of data collection and supervise their timely and
correct implementation as per the protocol.
Supervise teams for their field work throughout the survey field
Support training of project staff and ensure preparedness of team
members
Report project status, field activities and roadblocks, to the project
coordinator on periodic basis and assist in report writing
Weekly updates to Funding agency on calls and candidates should be
comfortable to take calls at odd timings.
