Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations Support: plan and execute campaigns, coordinate with internal stakeholders, track timelines and deadlines, manage calendars and schedules.
• Vendor & Agency Management: coordinate with agencies and vendors, manage onboarding docs, track orders, invoices and payments, ensure timely closures.
• Budgeting & MIS Reporting: maintain expense records, prepare MIS reports and dashboards, monitor spends against budgets, support monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Branding & Collateral Management: coordinate production and distribution of marketing collaterals, manage branding assets, ensure brand guideline adherence, support branch marketing activation.
• Stakeholder Coordination: liaise with business, operations, procurement, finance and compliance teams; facilitate head office and regional communication.
• Compliance & Governance: ensure activities comply with bank policies and regulatory guidelines; maintain audit-ready documentation and track approvals.

Reporting To: Manager / Senior Manager - Marketing

Role Purpose

To provide operational, administrative, coordination, and execution support to the Marketing Head Office team. The role involves assisting in marketing campaigns, vendor coordination, budgeting, MIS reporting, marketing asset management, and ensuring smooth execution of branding and promotional activities across business segments.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations Support

• Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign implementation.
• Track campaign timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Assist in managing marketing calendars and project schedules.

Vendor & Agency Management

• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, printers, and other vendors.
• Process vendor onboarding documentation and approvals.
• Track work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
• Ensure timely closure of vendor-related activities.

Budgeting & MIS Reporting

• Maintain marketing expense records and budgets.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Monitor campaign spends against approved budgets.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.

Branding & Collateral Management

• Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collaterals.
• Manage inventory of promotional materials and branding assets.

Stakeholder Coordination

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience

• 1-4 years of experience in Marketing Support, Marketing Operations, Business Support, Administration, or Coordination roles.
• Banking, Financial Services, or Corporate Marketing experience preferred.
