Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. invites a seasoned Digital Product Manager to shape and execute transformation initiatives across biologics and related product lines.

You will translate complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions, partnering with senior leadership to ensure alignment with governance frameworks and strategic goals. You will lead the end-to-end design, development and delivery of technology solutions for assigned products, drive innovation through proof-of-concepts,

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications as stated: Graduation in Engineering, CS, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum Work Experience: 0–2 / 2+ years of experience.
• Certification such as ICP-APO preferred for the role.

Job Description

• Shape and execute digital transformation strategies, ensuring they align with organizational goals and drive impactful change.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into effective digital solutions and product concepts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for digital interventions that simplify processes and enhance agility.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions across assigned products, maintaining strategic alignment throughout.
• Drive innovation through ideation programs, proof of concepts, and blueprint creation to validate and accelerate digital adoption.
• Proactively identify risks and issues in product or project lifecycles, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with organizational frameworks and governance models while optimizing performance metrics and productivity.
• Develop subject matter expertise, contribute to team success, and support project management activities to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. MBA is preferred. Additional certification such as ICAgile Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) is preferred.

Minimum Work Experience: 0–2 / 2+ years of experience.
