Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is seeking a Team Member for Manufacturing (Compression & Granulation) to oversee daily production operations in OSD, granulation, and packaging.

The role includes ensuring quality, document review, and training coordination within a GMP-compliant facility. The position requires 3–6 years of experience, a Diploma or B.Sc., and hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Sc. required for the role.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and GLP practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities.
• Perform batch execution in OSD, Semi-solid, and Liquid manufacturing and packaging.
• Review and execute documentation (BMR, BPR, logbooks).
• Ensure product quality by maintaining cGMP.
• Handle bottle packing, tube filling and bulk packing.
• Coordinate training through LMS and act as training coordinator.
• Conduct initial investigations of incidents.
• Generate process order numbers.

Job Summary We are looking for an individual to oversee day-to-day production operations, including guiding and coaching employees, ensuring equipment safety and maintenance, and executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities. Responsibilities also include documentation review, maintaining product quality, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for execution of day-to-day production activities.
• You will be responsible for performing batch execution in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage), Semi-solid and Liquid manufacturing and packaging.
• You will be responsible for execution and review of Documentations, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Production Records) and Logbooks.
• You will be responsible for ensuring product quality by maintaining cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• You will be responsible for handling bottle packing, tube filling and bulk packing activities.
• You will be a training coordinator through LMS (Learning Management system).
• You will be responsible for initial investigation of incidents.
• You will be responsible for generating the process order number.

Educational Qualification

A Diploma/B.Sc.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Pas|X, Coating, and tablet compression.
• Knowledge and experience in OSD manufacturing and packing.
• Experience in Liquid and Semi-solid manufacturing and packing.
• Good understanding of GMP and good laboratories practices.
• Experience in granulation, blending and tablet inspection.
