Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate and value-added information to stakeholders
• Submit accurate monthly MIS pack within timelines
• Prepare monthly performance update deck highlighting exceptions and indicators
• Deliver quarterly business review presentations covering financial and non-financial KPIs
• Review processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy of financial, cost & management accounting & reporting

• Financial Planning
• Develop a three-year rolling and annual operational plan aligned with shareholder objectives
• Drive the annual operating and business plan cycle with business and functional heads
• Collaborate with sales and operations to capture major KPIs
• Monitor deviations and work with functions to achieve objectives

• Review key performance drivers monthly/quarterly
• Evaluate financial viability of initiatives proposed by departments
• Recommend alternatives balancing financial and business objectives
