Qualifications

• B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical with 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of SAP- PM.
• PLC & SCADA Programming & Diagnosis ( Siemens , ABB ).
• Utility Operation & Maintenance.
• Power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Execution of day-to-day Operations in Utilities.
• Diagnose problems related to compressors, diesel generators, water treatment plants, electrical substations, hot water generators, heat pumps, solar plants, chillers, AHUs and MHEs.
• Reduce cost by optimizing spare part planning and eliminating repeated failures, including localization of imported spares.
• Execution of energy and water balance in line with company requirements.
• Implement CBM techniques in Utilities and provide solutions for equipment malfunctioning and system faults.

TM/LINE INCHARGE-UTILITY Function Plant Operations Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As a Team Manager - Utility, you will be a part of Maintenance department and will report to Section Head of Utilities. Your role will be to Achieve Zero Failures at optimum cost in Maintenance (Utilities) by using appropriate maintenance tactics by using TPM methodology. A purpose driven role for you

Your key reponsibilities will include, but not limited to

• Execution of day -to day Operations in Utilities
• Diagnosis problem related to Compressors, Diesel Generators, Water treatment Plants, Electrical Sub stations, Hot water generators, Heat Pumps, Solar Plants, Chillers, AHU’s, MHE’s .
• Reducing cost by optimizing spare part planning & eliminating repeated failures, along with localization & development of imported spares.
• Execution of Energy & Water Balance in line with company requirements.
• Implementing CBM techniques in Utilities, provide solutions for equipment malfunctioning, system fault, leading to equipment failure

Academic Qualification & Experience
