Job summary

Hero MotoCorp is seeking a Planner to manage demand forecasting and inplant parts supply for the parts business. The role focuses on maintaining inventory health, ensuring first fill ratio, and on-time order fulfillment from GPC.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in spare parts planning and demand forecasting, with a background in B.Tech./B.E. or MBA. Strong analytical and inventory management skills are required.

Qualifications

• B.Tech./B.E. or MBA degree required.
• 2–5 years in Spare Parts Planning and Demand Forecasting.
• Experience in inventory management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand forecasting for inplant parts supply.
• Track stock and schedule availability against orders.
• Maintain first fill ratio for on-time fulfillment.
• Ensure no stock-outs for current, non-current, and new model parts.
• Plan for new model parts and kits.
• Monitor inventory health and optimization metrics.

Academic Qualification & Experience
