Job summary

Hero MotoCorp is seeking a TM/LINE INCHARGE-EXPORT for Operations in an export-focused role. You will oversee production packing and dispatches, ensuring quality, SAP-based inventories, and compliance with EXCISE and documentation standards.

This position suits engineers with 6–8 years of relevant experience and a hands-on approach. You will coordinate line balancing, MBOM planning, safety checks, and digital SOP development.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in mechanical Engg or Diploma in Mechnical Engg with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP transactions.
• Knowledge of excise compliances is required.
• Good presentation skills.
• Knowledge of QC tools and JIT.

Responsibilities

• New model packing development preparation.
• Line balancing for productive packaging and SOP adherence.
• Knowledge of the 7 QC tools.
• SAP transactions for quarterly inventories of FG, Perpetual & consumables.
• SAP transactions for stock picking, excise and truck/container documentation (E Way bill, GRN).
• Packaging MBOM booking and scheduling the arrival MOQ with COZY clearance on daily dispatches.
• Santie knowledge, Safety - HIRA sheet, KYT sheet, OPL preparation.
• Knowledge of digital applications & SOP preparation.
• Parts identification model wise to arrest defect flow to GB market.

TM/LINE INCHARGE-EXPORT Function Operations Pay Band M3 to M5 Role

As the TM/LINE INCHARGE-EXPORT you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Export. The purpose of your role will be to ensure production packing & dispatches of consignments A purpose driven role for you

Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. 1.New model packing development preparation
2. 2.Line balancing for productive packaging & quality SOP adherence & knowledge of problem solving
3. 7 QC tools
4. 3.SAP transaction for quarterly inventories of FG, Perpetual & consumables,
5. 4.SAP transaction for stock picking, Excise and Truck / Container documentation eg E Way bill, GRN etc
6. 5.Packaging consumables MBOM booking and scheduling the arrival MOQ with COZY clearance on daily dispatches
