Job summary

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. invites a Team Manager - Digitization to lead digitization initiatives at the Tirupati plant, strengthening data-based analysis and deriving insights from multiple projects while driving new digitization efforts across functions.

The role requires BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Automobile with 4+ years in digital transformation or model-based systems engineering, plus strong data skills, MES understanding and Power BI.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Automobile with 4+ years in digital transformation or model-based systems engineering.
• Experience in digital transformation or model-based systems engineering.
• Knowledge of MES and Power BI; data troubleshooting and data quality awareness.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

As the Team Manager - Digitization you will be part of the Plant Operations function and Business Execllence department and will report to the Plant Engineering Head. The purpose of your role will be to Lead Digitization initiatives of the Tirupati Plant, Strengthen Data based analysis, Derive insights based on various digitization projects, Drive new digitization projects for various functions, Manage/ Maintain/Improve product and process data quality, Conduct data audits, Implement AI based futuristic projects

Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Ensure the Process through Quality assurance
• Drive new Digitization projects for Traceability and Process level interlocks
• Drive Digitization related initiatives during new model development
• Drive Product data based compliance requirements
• Support in Vehicle diagnostics

A Day in the life

Ensure adherence to deployment of Digitization initiatives, Promoting cross functional collaboration and creating common purpose & Continuously upgrade plant digital capabilities through systematic training and process development and new projects

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/B.Tech/ In Electrical | Mechanical | Automobile Industry with minimum 4 years of experience in Digital transformation/ Model based systems engineering
