Job summary

Hero MotoCorp is seeking an Executive - RDC to oversee day-to-day dispatch, logistics and inventory at our India RDC. You will bridge tactical execution and strategic planning to achieve dispatch targets while maintaining safety and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on operations experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Graduate or Diploma with engineering background and 5+ years in outbound logistics, with proficiency in Power BI, SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma with engineering background.
• Min 5 years (Graduate) / 10 years (Diploma) experience in outbound logistics and distribution.
• Experience in RDC/dispatch and stock management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SKU wise stock as per norms- highlight the gaps.
• Quality Control – Order Ageing, Transit Damage & Timely Delivery.
• Follow-up with AO for achieving daily targets and with plant team for availability.
• Innovation for data visibility and operational efficiency.

Academic Qualification & Experience
