Job summary

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. is seeking a logistics specialist to oversee day-to-day dispatch, inventory, and distribution functions, bridging tactical execution with strategic planning at the Regional distribution Centre.

You will ensure targets are met, stock is optimized, and operations stay compliant. The role requires an engineering background with graduate/diploma credentials and significant experience in outbound logistics, plus strong analytical and data-visualization skills with tools like Power

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma with engineering background.
• Minimum 5 years (Graduate) / 10 years (Diploma) in outbound logistics and distribution.
• Strong analytical and inventory management capabilities.

• Maintain SKU wise stock as per norms- highlight the gaps
• Quality Control – Order Ageing, Transit Damage & Timely Delivery
• Follow-up with AO for achieving daily targets and with plant team for availability
