Paytm Payments Services in Puducherry is seeking a driven sales leader to scale QR & Soundbox adoption across multiple locations. You will lead a field sales team, drive merchant onboarding, and expand distribution in the region.

The role requires coaching, travel readiness, and a growth mindset. A graduate degree is preferred, with responsibility for market planning, target alignment, and ensuring execution meets expectations.

• Devise effective communication of plans/targets to the team to minimize gaps.
• Monitor quality parameters as guided by management.
• Validate and audit acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure team presence in markets where sales & usage occur; willing to travel extensively.
