Job summary

Paytm Payments Services is seeking a high-energy candidate to drive QR & Soundbox adoption among merchants in the Bareilly region. You will lead a sales team, coach them for performance, and expand market reach through strategic channel partnerships across multiple locations.

Travel will be extensive to ensure coverage and growth. The role requires a graduate with strong leadership, a growth mindset, and the ability to deploy data-driven sales strategies to boost merchant adoption and revenue

Qualifications

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area.
• Deploy QR & Soundbox through merchants with data-driven approach.
• Identify and recruit the sales team.
• Coach and mentor the team; quick learner of new ideas.
• Plan market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Communicate plans/targets to the team to reduce gap.
• Monitor quality parameters and audits of acquisitions and sales.
• Ensure the team travels extensively in the defined area.

About the role:

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

Expectations/ Requirements:

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly 10. Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
