Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, food technology or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, preferably FMCG or food industry.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, quality systems and CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety standards, quality requirements and company policies.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Lead and drive production workstream performance by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Responsible for managing people, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring production delivery, and achieving operational KPIs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.

• Support problem-solving activities and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and high-performance work environment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
• Proven leadership and people management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety regulations, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
