Job summary

Concentrix is a technology-enabled global business services company specializing in customer engagement and improving business performance. The Team Leader, Operations in Gurgaon leads sales performance management for the program, liaises with functions and clients to design sales improvement strategies, and drives process improvements.

He/She conducts monthly sales transaction audits, works with Quality & Training teams to meet targets, coordinates operational activities, and shares overall

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• Experience in team leadership and sales preferred.
• Inside sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales performance management of the program and liaise with functions and clients to design sales improvement strategies.
• Conduct monthly sales transaction audits and share feedback to improve process knowledge and selling skills.
• Work closely with the Quality & Training teams to co-own team and unit level targets.
• Perform operational activities such as processing sales contacts, transaction monitoring, and participation in calibration sessions.
• Share overall sales performance reporting and key project benefits.
• Know, understand and apply sales/soft skills, methods and processes for the position.
• Keep current with new and updated selling skills/techniques, trends and development in the field.

Role and Key responsibilities

• Responsible for over sales performance management of the program and liaise with all functions as well as clients to design sales improvement strategies

• Conduct monthly sales transaction audits and share feedback to improve process knowledge, selling skills

• Work closely with the Quality & Trainingteams, to co-own team and unit level targets

• Perform operational activities such as processing sales contacts, transaction monitoring, participation in the process calibration sessions

• Sharing overall sales performance reporting and key project benefits

• Knows, understands and appropriately applies sales / soft skills, methods and processes required for the position.

• Keeps current with new and (or) updated selling skills / techniques, trends and development in the field

Key Skills and knowledge

• Total 5+ Years of Experience in Team handling

• 3+ Years of Sales Experience ( Preferred Inside Sales )

• 2+ Years of Self sales Experience
