Job summary

Paytm is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to drive distribution and growth across Telangana region. You will sell Paytm's products and services, represent the brand, and manage key merchant relationships from initial outreach through to close.

You will lead a frontline sales team, coordinate with marketing and operations, and leverage data tools to optimize coverage, performance, and incentives. A growth mindset and deep market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have smartphone, bike and helmet.
• Zeal for growth and strong market knowledge.
• Channel sales background with prior team leadership (5-member sales team).
• Understanding of distribution, expansion, and metrics.
• Experience driving teams to earn lucrative incentives.

1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution




2. Team handing experience is a must




3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
