Job summary

Paytm Payments Services in India seeks a field sales leader to drive QR & Soundbox adoption across multiple locations. You will expand distribution, build a capable team, and deploy data-driven strategies to grow merchant usage.

The role requires graduation, strong leadership, travel willingness, and the ability to translate plans into actions with clear accountability.

Qualifications

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale.
• Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business.
• Coaching and mentoring; quick learner who applies new ideas.
• Plan market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Communicate plans/targets to the team to minimize gaps.
• Monitor quality parameters as per management.
• Validate and audit acquisitions and sales by the team.
• Ensure team operates where sales & usage occur; willingness to travel.

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.


• Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.


• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.


• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.


• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.


• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.


• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.


• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.


• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly


• Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
