Job summary

Paytm is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to expand QR & Soundbox deployments across the Datia region. You will drive distribution, coach a sales team, and coordinate market expansion initiatives to boost product adoption among merchants.

The role requires a graduate with leadership experience, willingness to travel, and a growth mindset. You’ll join India's largest digital payments ecosystem and contribute to expanding merchant coverage.

Responsibilities

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations.

• Plan market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Communicate plans/targets clearly to minimize delivery gaps.
• Monitor quality parameters as per management.
• Validate audits on acquisitions and sales by the team.
• Ensure team operates where sales and usage occur regularly.
• Maintain strong networking and travel across the area.

About the role:

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

Expectations/ Requirements :

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly
• Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
