Job summary

Paytm is seeking a field sales leader to boost QR & Soundbox adoption across merchant locations. You will drive distribution, recruit and coach a sales team, and plan market coverage for the assigned region. Travel across multiple locations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Coach and mentor the team; quick learner who applies new ideas.
• Plan market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Communicate plans/targets to the team to minimize delivery gaps.
• Monitor quality parameters as per management.
• Validate audits on acquisitions and sales by the team.
• Ensure the team operates in markets where sales & usage occur regularly.
• Possess good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively within the area.

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.

• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly
• Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
